Villa Ipazia is part of the VILLA ELVIRA 1931 complex and is located just 3 km from the center of Siena, in one of the best and most peaceful residential areas of the city. You will find silence and tranquility, without sacrificing the convenience of services, all reachable in a few minutes on foot or by car.

Villino IPAZIA is spread over two floors, the ground floor is divided into entrance, fully equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning.

On the upper floor is the spacious bedroom overlooking the beautiful Torre del Mangia and the Cathedral, also equipped with air conditioning, with a double bed, a single bed, a 3-seater leather sofa, and a smart TV.

The comfortable bathroom is complete with shower, bidet, toiletry kit, towels, and hairdryer.

The private outdoor space is furnished for relaxation with sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue, dining area, and includes a parking space inside the fenced property as well as a bike rack.

Fruit trees and a lovely small communal vegetable garden are available to guests who can supply themselves with genuine fresh produce according to the season.

The villa provides an exclusively private atmosphere, guaranteeing that it is reserved solely for your personal enjoyment. The only shared space is the outdoor area, notably the garden, which may be utilized by guests staying in two other apartments within the Villa Elvira complex, should they be occupied.

To ensure your comfort and privacy, the house is equipped with self-check-in, allowing you to access it independently starting from the check-in time, following the detailed instructions that we will send you before your arrival.

We live a short distance from the villa and you may see us taking care of the garden and house maintenance.

However, we want to assure you of the utmost respect for your privacy and we are always ready to assist you promptly in case of need.

The house is located in a very tranquil, silent, safe, and green neighbourhood of Siena.

The main services, however, can be accessed by foot or by car in only a few minutes:

Private parking (one parking spot) is available within the fenced property.

The city center can be easily reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The bus stop is only 140 meters from the house.

Other destinations in the area are best accessed by car.
