Private 300 sqm apartment with independent entrance and beautiful view over the city of Siena, large shared garden with loungers and own terrace space equipped with barbecue, table, and chairs. The apartment is part of the VILLA ELVIRA 1931 and is located just 3 km from the center of Siena, in one of the best and most peaceful residential areas of the city. You will find silence and tranquility, without sacrificing the convenience of services, all reachable in a few minutes on foot or by car.

This spacious apartment, named ARTEMISIA, is perfect for large families or group stays. It has a ground floor entrance and extends over the first and second floors of the villa.

Designed by the Sienese architect Vittorio Mariani, it is a historic and ancient villa, dated 1931, characterized by large interior spaces with views of the garden surrounding the entire property and the beautiful Sienese panorama. Inside, it maintains original period furnishings with luxury finishes and details that can be observed even in the furniture, almost all made of precious wood essences.

It is perfect for those who want to stay close to the city center but at the same time enjoy a large and refined space immersed in nature, with a meticulously maintained garden featuring centuries-old trees and charming "corners" dedicated to conviviality and relaxation.

The apartment is divided into two floors: on the first floor, which is accessed by a sumptuous stone staircase leading to a huge hallway, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a room used as studio where one can immerse themselves in the reading of a book or dedicate themselves to computer work.

On the right is the large kitchen, new and equipped with every utensil and appliance: oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. From the kitchen, as well as from the hallway, you can access the large, colorful living room, decorated with particular attention to detail and furnished with valuable furniture and luxury finishes. The living room is divided into a dining area, a living area with a bar corner, and a smart TV.

Also on the first floor is one of the four bathrooms, where the washing machine is also located. The living room is enriched by a beautiful panoramic balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and equipment: umbrella, table, chairs, and barbecue.

On the upper floors, the four other spacious bedrooms are located, two with double bed, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with a double bed and a single bed, for a total of ten people.

On this upper floor, there are three bathrooms all with luxury finishes signed by Laura Biagiotti and Trussardi, including complimentary toiletries and hairdryers.

There is also a small relaxation room with board games and a telescope.

Outside, the villa has a communal garden, private parking for three cars, and a bike rack.

Guests can also enjoy the fruit trees and the charming small communal garden to gather fresh seasonal produce.

The apartment provides an exclusively private atmosphere, guaranteeing that it is reserved solely for your personal enjoyment. The only shared space is the outdoor area, notably the garden, which may be utilized by guests staying in two other apartments within the Villa Elvira complex, should they be occupied.

To ensure your comfort and privacy, the house is equipped with self-check-in, allowing you to access it independently starting from the check-in time, following the detailed instructions that we will send you before your arrival.

We live a short distance from the villa and you may see us taking care of the garden and house maintenance.

However, we want to assure you of the utmost respect for your privacy and we are always ready to assist you promptly in case of need.

The house is located in a very tranquil, silent, safe, and green neighbourhood of Siena.

The main services, however, can be accessed by foot or by car in only a few minutes:

- pharmacy 950 mt,

Private parking (three parking spots) is available within the fenced property.

The city center can be easily reached by bus in about 20 minutes. The bus stop is only 140 meters from the house.

Other destinations in the area are best accessed by car.

Please note that only the bedrooms (four out of five) are air-conditioned.

Stand fans are provided for the remaining rooms.
